Choose from a selection of festive menus, including lunch, dinner or Bowood Afternoon Tea, with each experience shaped around the rhythm of your gathering. From relaxed family celebrations to work lunches and Christmas get-togethers with friends, private dining at Bowood offers flexibility, atmosphere and a sense of occasion without the formality of a large event. 

With seasonal touches, attentive service and countryside surroundings, it is a thoughtful way to celebrate Christmas together.

Indulge in a festive Bowood afternoon tea, served in one of our elegant private dining rooms. Savour a delightful assortment of seasonal finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones, and homemade pâtisserie, accompanied by your choice of freshly brewed tea or coffee. It’s a charming and relaxed way to celebrate the season with family and friends.

Monday to Thursday, 2.00pm to 5.00pm

A £25.00 per person deposit is required to secure the booking. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Full balance and menu choices are required by Friday 30th October 2026. 

Private dining room hire charges may apply. Complimentary room hire is available Monday to Thursday when dining from our festive three-course lunch menu, three-course dinner menu or Bowood afternoon tea menu. Minimum numbers may apply.

Your private dining room will be allocated according to the number of guests dining, ensuring the most suitable space for your celebration.
