The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant & Bars Manager to lead the Shelburne Restaurant on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding service delivery and operational excellence.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong presence on the floor, a passion for guest satisfaction, and the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Shelburne Restaurant and Bars
• Deliver a consistently high standard of service aligned with luxury hospitality expectations
• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant & bar teams to achieve excellence
• Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable and personalised dining experience
• Manage staffing levels, rotas (Monday to Sunday), and service flow
• Maintain strong attention to detail across all aspects of service and presentation
• Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to support business goals
• Contribute to the ongoing development and elevation of service standards
• Oversee financial performance by forecasting accurately, controlling waste and stock; and driving revenue through promotions and upselling strategies.

What we are looking for
• Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager role
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Solid financial awareness, including cost control and revenue driving initiatives
• Flexibility to work a rota including weekends and evenings
• Own transport is essential due to location
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
