Silver Jewellery Workshop

Silver Jewellery Workshop

Come and join the artist and creator Marianne Donohoe for this delightful Silver Jewellery Workshop.

This taster workshop aims to allow everyone the chance to create their own unique piece of Fine Silver Jewellery, using silver clay. During this beginner’s course you will be taught how to handle, texture, cut and shape silver clay, how to store and rehydrate it.  You will be shown how to fire your pieces and finally how to polish them.

All materials will be supplied to produce at least two pieces of fine silver jewellery, depending on the size you make using silver clay.  If you require extra clay or ear wires, jump rings or chains, you can buy them on the day. You are welcome to bring your own and fit them to your pieces to complete them.
