Please be advised: We can only accommodate bookings during our open season (27th March-1st November 2026). If you wish to include the hire of the Gardeners' Bothy, this is available during our open season to book on weekends, outside school holidays (subject to availability).

Full day hire: 10:30 – 17:00. Is available on weekends outside school holidays (subject to availability). The hire of the Gardeners Bothy at £150.00 is an additional (optional) purchase for those hosts requiring an indoor space. Please be advised this fee is for dry hire only no inclusions other than Bowood providing party tablecloths and bunting (if required).
You must hold an active season ticket for 2026 and the ticket attached to your name.
Advance admission payment for each party attendee is required for any special occasions group booking. Admissions includes access of the House, Gardens and Pleasure Grounds, (including the Arboretum, Doric Temple, Cascade and Hermits Cave). Access to the Walled Garden is available from 12:00-16:30. Children also have access to The Adventure Playground (for 12yrs and under) and The Den (for 7yrs and under).
