Festive dining experiences at our Wiltshire hotel

Kick-start the festive season with Bowood’s Family Festive Sunday Lunches in the Kerry Suite. Held on Sundays throughout December, these lunches are perfect for bringing the family together in the run-up to Christmas. Enjoy a delicious three-course Christmas lunch while the little ones are entertained with face painting, a children’s disco, and party games. The highlight of the day is a special visit from Santa himself, with gifts for children under 12. This popular event fills up quickly, so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment.

The Kerry Bar will open from 12pm, lunch will be announced at 12.45pm and lunch will be served at 1pm.

Prices are £45 per adult, £19 per child (2-12 years), and £7.50 for under 2s who are not eating but would like a gift from Santa.

Celebrate the season with a festive afternoon tea in Wiltshire, served from Friday, 29th November to Tuesday, 24th December. Available daily from 12pm – 5pm (3pm – 5pm on Sundays), this tea is hosted in the cosy setting of the Shelburne Bar and Restaurant or the Library with its roaring fire. Indulge in seasonal sandwiches, freshly baked scones with mulled fruit jam and clotted cream, and exquisite pâtisserie, all crafted by Bowood’s talented pastry chef.

Prices start at £39 per person, with the option to add a glass of Prosecco or mulled wine for £6.

Experience festive dining at its finest at the Shelburne Restaurant, open for lunch and dinner from Friday, 29th November to Thursday, 26th December. This Two AA Rosette restaurant offers an intimate setting for a special three-course meal to celebrate the season with friends and family.

Whether you join us for a festive lunch at £45 per person or a dinner at £50 per person, you're sure to enjoy a truly memorable dining experience. Please note, the restaurant is closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
