Cooper Foil Glass Workshop
During the day you will learn all the skills; from cutting glass accurately, to adding the copper foil and finally soldering. You will have a choice of templates for either a small panel or a couple of hanging ‘light-catchers’ to take home with you. All tools and materials are provided.
All materials will be supplied to produce at least two pieces of fine silver jewellery, depending on the size you make using silver clay. If you require extra clay or ear wires, jump rings or chains, you can buy them on the day. You are welcome to bring your own and fit them to your pieces to complete them.
You will also learn some of the history of copper foiling and get inspiration from makers in this beautiful craft.
