Night Porter
This is a fabulous opportunity to join the team as Night Porter at the Bowood resort near Calne in Wiltshire.
This luxury country hotel, set in the heart of Wiltshire, is situated in the Capability Brown parkland of Bowood's house with an 18-hole golf course, a three-hole academy course and surrounding woodland.
The hotel has 43 bedrooms, a library, bar and The Shelburne Restaurant for fine dining. Connected to the hotel is a conference, wedding and banqueting centre which can accommodate up to 200 guests.
We are looking for a hardworking, customer-focused individual to join our Front of House Night team.
Working from 11pm to 7am, five nights per week, you will be responsible for the Hotel, its residents and operations during the night time period, ensuring that all guests needs are met as well as the safety and security of guests and team members.
Your duties will include:
- Luggage assistance on arrival and departure.
- Room service requests
- Bar work
- General duties within the hotel public areas including some cleaning and setting up function rooms for the next day.
