Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Bowood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, Wiltshire
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for championing and elevating the Bowood brand, promoting our unique offering across the Hotel, Spa, and Golf Resort. We are looking for a dynamic and creative marketing professional, confident in both traditional and digital marketing channels, to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote Bowood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort to both existing and target audiences.
• Manage all marketing channels including social media, website performance, email marketing, and in-house collateral.
• Coordinate activity across departments to ensure a consistent and joined-up marketing approach.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager for Bowood House & Gardens to align estate-wide marketing efforts.
• Lead and inspire a team of three, managing day-to-day operations and fostering professional growth in line with Bowood’s Mission and Values.
• Oversee the maintenance and effective use of customer databases.
• Plan and support future sales activities aligned with the overarching marketing strategy.
• Ensure all departments are engaged and involved in marketing initiatives.

• Proven marketing experience within the hospitality or leisure industry.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to campaign execution.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to represent the brand both internally and externally.
• A creative eye and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working on-site and engaging with all departments regularly.
