Health Club & Spa Manager
This is a unique opportunity to join the team at the beautiful Bowood Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort as Health Club and Spa Manager.
We are looking for a highly experienced Health Club and Spa Manager to take full accountability for running our Spa, treatment rooms, gym and looking after our membership.
Taking complete commercial accountability for the Spa, you will inspire and lead a team of Therapists and Fitness Instructors to maximise profit through delivering personalised treatments and deliver and build on our exemplary customer service above and beyond expectation.
As Health Club and Spa Manager you will implement a business strategy to grow the Spa, whilst taking full accountability for sales, P&L, staff development, product and health & safety. It’s a high profile role, and as an excellent communicator and relationship builder, you will work with the General Manager, HR and Marketing teams to create customer led strategies which increase revenue, membership and develop and secure talent within your team.
You will need to have knowledge and experience of working with luxury beauty products and know the importance of driving sales with a commercial and people led focus.
