This is a unique opportunity to join the team at Bowood Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort as Head Housekeeper. One of the finest hotels in Wiltshire, Bowood Hotel offers a contemporary and stylish stay with 43 bedrooms within the grounds of a historic and beautiful country house, boasting stunning views across the Wiltshire countryside.

As Head Housekeeper you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing the housekeeping team ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in our 43 bedrooms, Spa and all other public areas throughout the hotel in line with our 4 Red Star rating.

Your key responsibilities include the co-ordination and supervision of all aspects of housekeeping at the Hotel, Spa and Golf Clubhouse as well as close interaction with the Reception, Reservations and Accounts departments.

You will be expected to demonstrate a strong knowledge of scheduling and rostering the team as well as the ability to manage the payroll budget and all other costs including laundry and consumables.
You should have a sound knowledge of the safe use of and storage of cleaning products and chemicals as per COSHH regulations.
