At Bowood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, we are more than just a destination—we are a team dedicated to creating memorable moments for every guest. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Beauty Therapist to join our award-winning spa team. With a state-of-the-art Technogym-equipped gym, infinity pool, rock sauna and jacuzzi which overlooks the serene woodlands, Bowood Spa provides the perfect spot for our guests, members and Spa Day visitors to relax and rejuvenate.

What you will be doing:
• Providing a wide range of high-quality spa treatments
• Creating a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment for guests
• Recommend treatments and products tailored to individual needs
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless guest journey

What we are looking for:
• A recognised beauty therapy qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a spa or salon environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for wellness

Working Pattern:
• We are pleased to offer flexibility for the right candidate, with opportunities available on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) or part-time (32 or 24 hours per week).
• Shifts are typically 9:45am – 6:15pm, scheduled across Monday to Sunday on a rota basis.
• Flexibility is essential, as shifts will be allocated on a rotating basis to meet the needs of the business.
