What you will be doing:
• Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of housekeeping colleagues to deliver outstanding results
• Ensuring all rooms and public areas meet our exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
• Conducting inspections and providing constructive feedback to maintain continuous improvement
• Assisting with staff training, scheduling, and day-to-day operations
• Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

What we are looking for:
• Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory role within a hotel environment
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to service excellence
• A positive, proactive attitude
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A team player who leads with integrity and professionalism

Working Pattern:
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a rota basis across Monday to Sunday, working 5 out of 7 shifts.

Shifts are scheduled as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 07:00 to 15:00
Sunday: 08:00 to 16:00

Flexibility is essential, as shifts will be allocated on a rotating basis to meet the needs of the business.
