Food & Beverage Assistant - Golf Course - Food & Beverage - vacancy in Wiltshire

We are looking for a motivated, self-starting individual to lead our Halfway House – a vibrant stop-off point located on our championship golf course. For those unfamiliar, the Halfway House is where golfers pause mid-round to relax, refuel, and enjoy great food and drink in a stunning outdoor setting.
This is more than just a service role – it is an opportunity to truly make your mark.
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Halfway House, ensuring exceptional quality, strong attention to detail, and a consistently outstanding guest experience. From presentation and product offering to service standards and atmosphere, you will influence what this unique corner of the resort can become.

Winter hours are 8:00am-4:30pm

Summer hours 9:30am -6pm

Your role will include:

• offering hot and cold drinks along with snacks to golfers
• maintaining stock levels
• ensuring all food hygiene standards are met
• a knowledge of golf would be beneficial but is not essential
• weekend working will be required, and during quieter periods you will support colleagues across the wider hotel
