Senior Therapist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Beauty Therapist to join Bowood Spa in the capacity of Senior Therapist.
With 5 treatment rooms, a luxurious relaxation area, gym, swimming pool with jacuzzi, sauna and aromatherapy shower, Bowood Spa offers a relaxed and opulent experience for our Hotel Residents, Members and Spa Day visitors.
Responsible for a growing team of therapists your duties will include:
- Training and development of the junior therapists and continuous development of our more experienced therapists.
- Ensuring that our therapists consistently deliver a quality experience to our guests and members.
- Maximising the treatment income by ensuring efficient filling of treatment columns.
- Maintaining the standards of the treatment rooms.
- Ordering and maintain adequate stock levels.
- Maximising retail sales of our beautiful Templespa product range.
You will also assist the reception team to greet our guests and members in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner.

This is a full-time position, working weekends with a competitive salary commensurate with your experience.
