Introduction to Painting Workshop
Get inspired, pick up your sketch pencil and paintbrush with Laura Richards, a local artist and create your own piece of artwork to take home. Immerse yourself in nature's beauty around Bowood grounds, calm down and contemplate a moment of stillness to paint in a relaxed environment.
Laura welcomes all levels of skills to her workshop and guides you during this morning session to sketch nature before painting onto canvas.
All art materials are included in the workshop cost, but you are welcome to bring your favourite sketch pad, brushes, or paints. After the workshop you are welcome to wander around the House & Gardens.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Workshops take place within the Gardeners' Bothy at Bowood House & Gardens. Season Ticket Holders should purchase their tickets from the Members Ticket Area.
