This is a rare opportunity to join Bowood Resort as Finance Manager, a role that has not been available for fourteen years. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced finance professional to lead our established department and support the continued success of our award winning resort.
About the Role
You will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the resort and ensure the delivery of timely, accurate and insightful reporting. Reporting into the Financial Director, you will manage two direct reports and work closely with all Resort departments, providing essential financial guidance that supports strategic and operational decision making.
Experience within the hotel or hospitality sector is a strong advantage. Knowledge of Sage and Planday is also desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the finance team in all financial processes
Oversee management accounts, budgeting and forecasting
Maintain strong financial controls and compliance
Partner with heads of department to support commercial activity
Deliver clear and effective financial reporting to senior leadership
